About the Head

In 2011, he graduated from Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies. Later, he worked as a research fellow at the Abu Rayhon Beruni Institute of Oriental Studies of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, and in 2013-2014, he worked as a researcher at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow within the framework of the "Young Scientists" scholarship program of the Polish government. In 2015-2021, he received a doctoral degree in philosophy at Istanbul Medeniyet University within the framework of the "Türkiye Bursları" educational grant announced by the Directorate of Turks Abroad and Fraternal Societies under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey, and successfully defended his PhD thesis in philosophy in 2021. Author of more than 20 scientific articles and 4 monographs.


Main goals and objectives:


The Vice-Rector for International Affairs is the head responsible for implementing the university's international development strategy, establishing cooperation with foreign educational and scientific institutions, and increasing the international prestige of the university.


Main tasks:


Development and implementation of the university's international relations strategy.

Establishment and development of cooperation with foreign universities, scientific centers, educational agencies and international organizations.

Preparation, coordination and implementation of bilateral and multilateral agreements (Memorandum of Understanding, Agreement, Contract) projects.

Organization and coordination of foreign educational programs, joint and double degree education programs.

Ensuring the university's participation in Erasmus +, DAAD, British Council and other international grant programs.

Organization of international academic mobility of students and professors (exchange programs, internships, joint research).

Support for the participation of the university in international rankings and coordination of international recognition processes.

Organization of visits of foreign delegations, ensuring the holding of negotiations, forums and conferences.

Analysis of data on the international activities of the university, preparation of reports and analyzes.

Promotion of the university brand internationally and assessment of the effectiveness of collaborative projects.
