About the Head

Muhamedov Asror Asadovich - graduated from Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies in 2008. Later, he worked as a teacher at the Department of Philosophy of Bukhara State University, Head of the Department at the State Testing Center, Head of the Testing Department at Vatan University, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences. In 2022, he successfully defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Philosophy, and in 2024, he successfully defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy. In 2025, he was awarded the academic title of Professor by the Academy of Sciences. Author of more than 50 scientific articles. Author of 2 textbooks, 2 manuals and 3 monographs.


Main goals and objectives:


1. Legal and regulatory support


- Organization of the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, orders of the President, decisions of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of education and personnel training.


- Control over the implementation of regulatory legal acts and instructions of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education (or relevant governing bodies).


2. Organization and quality assurance of the educational process


- Organization of educational (educational and scientific, educational and educational) work based on state educational standards, ensuring the training of qualified personnel.


- Conveying to faculties, departments, and teaching staff the set of requirements for the content of knowledge and the level of training in accordance with state educational standards and ensuring their full understanding.


- Organization of the introduction and use of advanced forms of teaching, distance learning, information and communication technologies in the educational process.


3. Organizational and supervisory work


- Organization and control over the implementation of orders and instructions from the Academic Council of the University, orders of the rector, and other competent organizations in the educational process.


- Coordination of the work of departments, deaneries, and chairs that ensure the educational process, approval and control of their work plans.


4. Work with and development of personnel


- Development and implementation of plans to provide faculties, chairs, and departments with qualified personnel, improve the teaching staff and improve their qualifications.


- Preparation of proposals for recruitment to vacant positions on a competitive basis, recruitment of interns-researchers and masters.


5. Scientific and methodological work


- Supervision of the preparation and publication of materials for educational and methodological and scientific work, replenishment of the library fund with publications in the areas of educational and scientific activities of the university.


- Management of the process of identifying talented young people, working with them, and preparing scholarship winners.


6. International and external relations

- Establishing cooperation with foreign higher education institutions, proposing and implementing specialist training based on international requirements.


- Studying the development trends of educational systems in advanced countries, developing tools and methods for implementing the tasks set out in national programs and laws.


7. Working with the team, infrastructure and resources

- Ensuring the efficient use of auditoriums, laboratories, and improving technical equipment.


- Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of educational processes and personal plans of professors and teachers.
